Faulty or Incorrect Items

• Authorisation for exchange, refund or credit must be made to us in writing prior to you sending back the item(s). Please email us for authorisation.


• 3 Angels Scrapping will pay for all shipping costs.


• Credit will not apply to items that are damaged in transit.


• All goods must be returned in their original packaging.


• You must advise us of any faulty or incorrect items within 5 days of receiving your package.
